Power Cell
You charge your cell phone, laptop, notebook, toothbrush, etc.  What about recharging your own cells - the all important 37 trillion or so of them that make up your body?

Mitochondria are the power stations that fuel our cells.  Essentially they convert carbs and fatty acids into energy. Diet matters! The empty calories of sugar and processed food with chemicals, trans-fats, and other harmful ingredients overtax the mitochondria. The results can be a broad spectrum of illnesses including chronic fatigue, brain fog, diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases, heart disease and others.

So what can you do to keep the mitochondria healthy? The best nutrients are poly-unsaturated fats like organic avocados, sunflower and flaxseed oils, walnuts and tofu, and ample amount of vitamins and minerals including CoQ-10 found in organic eggs, grass-fed butter, wild caught tuna mackerel and herring and extra virgin olive oil.

Stick to a healthy diet and consider bolstering it with pure and natural Omega 3/EPA DHA and CoQ-10 Cardio from Food Research.
