What do B6 and B12 vitamins do for your body? Here are some of the basics.
You can call B6 the brain vitamin. It activates enzymes that produce energy, neurotransmitters, red blood cells, and white blood cells that support the immune system. It removes the toxic amino acid homocysteine from your blood, which may help keep your heart healthy.
